What is a QHHT® session like?
During a QHHT® session, you’re guided into a deep state of relaxation.
In this natural state, you can access a higher level of consciousness (higher self, subconscious, universal mind… whatever is comfortable for you) to explore memories, emotions, past lives or circumstances that may affect your current life.
We communicate with the part of your consciousness that is aware of much more than your everyday waking conscious mind, and is a source of wisdom and guidance.
Your higher self may offer insights and solutions to your current questions and issues, as well as help release emotional or physical blockages and limiting beliefs.
My role is to be a facilitator, helping you feel comfortable and safe, listening carefully to what you have to say, learning more about what you’d like to have answered and asking questions of your higher self, while you’re in that deeply relaxed state.
More about your session
All QHHT® sessions are facilitated in person.
This allows the practitioner to carefully monitor your level of consciousness and adjust to your needs in any given moment.
Please be aware that an individual session can last anywhere from about 4-7 hours (the average is 4-5 hours). This is in-depth, giving you plenty of time to fully address the questions and issues you may have.
These sessions are intended to be “one and done”, where it’s not expected that you’ll need another session, except in certain circumstances, such as a major life change.
Introduction
When we first meet, we’ll talk for a while, getting to know each other. We’ll also go over the list of questions you’ve brought and any other questions you have about the process or session.

Relaxation/trance
Next, you’ll get settled in. I’ll make sure you’re comfortable and gently guide you into the deeply relaxed state (theta) where we can work most effectively. You’ll be asked to visualize or sense various objects or experiences and describe them.
Past lives (or other experiences)
Once you’re in the theta state, you’ll experience a scenario that can help you understand something that affects your current life or answers your questions. It may be a past life, earlier memory from your current life, a future life or something else. If you have difficulty with the idea of past or future lives, you can think of it as a story your higher self is using to get the same information across.
The higher self is protective of your well-being and will never give you more than you can handle. Anything you experience in the hypnotic state, can be witnessed as an observer.
Higher self
This is where so much of the magic happens! Your questions are answered and healing takes place, if appropriate. “Appropriate” usually indicates that it’s in keeping with your soul’s lessons to be learned in this lifetime.
Post-session
You’ll be guided up to waking consciousness, feeling awake and refreshed.
Then we’ll talk about your experiences, beginning the process of integrating what happened and helping to ground you after being in that higher state of consciousness.
Recording
I’ll give you a recording of your session. As part of the session, your higher self offers guidance about how often to listen to it.
A few suggestions to make the best use of the recording:
- Do NOT listen to the recording while driving!
- Listen to it privately before sharing it with anyone.
- Once you’re home, listen at least once, as soon as you can after the day of the session. It may feel like you remember everything, but could be surprised at what you haven’t remembered.
- Some people find it useful to listen to it as they fall asleep.
- The recording is very important and can be helpful for a long time afterward. Something may not register when you first listen and could be just what you need to hear a month (or year, or longer) after your session.
Follow-up
Feel free to check in with me after the session, to let me know how you’re doing, what you’ve noticed since your session and discuss any questions you may have.

Group past life regression sessions
A group past life regression is easy and enjoyable.
It’s a great way to learn more about past lives and to experience what light trance hypnosis is like. And you can do it with friends!
These sessions can be done in just about any size group, as long as everyone can get comfortable. They may be seated or lying down – whatever makes sense for the number of people and environment we’re in.
What is a group session like?
- The group is guided into a light state of trance (alpha).
- You’re in control the entire time.
- We walk through a series of exercises to help you relax, visualize and go through the experience in the best way possible.
- After each exercise, you’ll have a chance to write down what happened. It can be like a dream… fading away fairly quickly.
- Next the group shares their experiences (if they feel comfortable doing that) and I answer any questions you have.
- Then we move on to the next guided experience, if time allows.
- If you come with one or two questions, you can try to focus on getting an answer to them in the session.
- A group session is different from a QHHT® session, although they have some approaches in common. QHHT® is highly personalized and takes place in a deeper state of relaxation.
What are the benefits of a group regression?
- Learn what some parts of the individual session are like.
- Experience how natural it is to be in a light state of trance (even though you’re in and out of one many times a day).
- Parts of the group session are very similar to an individual session.
- Practitioners have noticed that clients who have gone to group sessions before they have an individual session tend to find it easier to relax more deeply and seem to get more out of it.
- Most participants get information that’s helpful in their current lifetime.
- It can be fun to share your experiences with others and hear what they’ve experienced
- If you decide to have an individual session, you’ll already have a good idea of what it’s like, which gives your conscious mind a chance to relax even more deeply.
- They take less time than an individual session (which is usually 4-6 hours long).
How should I prepare for a group session?
- The more relaxed you are, the better your experiences will be.
- Eating moderately or lightly and limiting substances like caffeine, for at least a few hours beforehand, will help you relax.
- Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not appropriate for the session and interferes with your experience.
- Bring whatever you need to be comfortable.
- Lying down is often the easiest way to get relaxed. You can sit if you’d like, or if space doesn’t allow. This has been done in 400 person auditoriums.
- A blanket, pillow and something to lie on (sleeping bag, camp mat, yoga mat), if appropriate, are very helpful. We tend to cool off when we lie down.
- You’ll write about your experience, so bring a pen and something to write in, like a notepad or journal.
- Think about one or two questions you might have about something in your life, such as:
- Why am I drawn to____ (a person, place, hobby, etc.)?
- Why have I never been able to _____?
- What’s getting in the way of (a goal or wish you may have) _____?
- These are just examples. You can explore anything you wonder about.
